The building, which has a 96 per cent occupancy, has a net income of approximately $4.1 million when fully leased. Some 76.4 hectares of land at Bankstown Airport is for sale with a 33.3 per cent equity share in the land. The zoning allows for industrial, retail bulky goods, commercial and aviation.
