Riverstone. Business park in doubt

Woolworths is considering pulling out of the NSW Government’s proposed $1 billion business park, at Riverstone, over residents’ fears of flooding and the demolition of 18 heritage homes, according to The Daily Telegraph. A Big W distribution centre, which would have provided up to a third of the estimated 12,000 jobs in the park, was thought pivotal to the project.
